A Thai back and neck massage focuses on tension release and the elimination of head, neck, nape, and back pain. This type of massage is also suitable for relief from headaches resulting from stiffness in the cervical spine, which are typical for people who spend a lot of time sitting at a computer.
A Thai back and neck massage is a combination of an oil massage and the application of pressure on selected parts of the body without oil. It can be recommended as preventative, especially to those who have a sedentary job or spend a lot of time on a plane or in a car.
