In traditional Thai massage, the therapist applies pressure with their palms, elbows, knees, and feet to acupressure points on your body. This is followed by stretching that helps to relax muscles, tendons, and joints, relieving accumulated tension and positively affecting both your physical and mental well-being.
This ancient healing method, utilized by people for over 2,500 years, is suitable for all ages. The ideal duration of a traditional Thai massage is at least 90 minutes.
