During this massage you will be wearing comfortable clothing provided by us, or you stay in your underwear.
In a traditional Thai massage, sometimes also called Nuat Thai or Thai yoga massage, the masseuse uses her palms, elbows, and feet to apply pressure on acupressure points on your body. The subsequent stretching relaxes your muscles, tendons, and joints, removes all the accumulated stress, and has a positive effect on both your body and mental well-being. This ancient healing technique, which has been used by people for more than 2 500 years, is suitable for all ages. During the massage you will be dressed in loose clothing that we will provide for you for free. Ideally, traditional Thai massage should be at least 90 minutes long.
