Naturally, the main emphasis is put on its safety. Although every pregnancy is unique, the physical changes associated with the baby's growth often cause some discomfort. The aim is therefore to alleviate these symptoms, especially leg and back pain, and to reduce swelling of the limbs. Professional pregnancy massage also helps to improve mental well-being and prevent stress, anxiety or depression. It also helps you sleep better.

Prenatal massages are generally considered safe after the first trimester, i.e. from the 14th week. It is recommended not to seek out massages during the first three months of pregnancy, as they may cause dizziness and worsen your morning sickness. You should always discuss your doctor in advance. Avoid massage therapy if you have a high-risk pregnancy.
